For security purposes, where you have purchased an original painting or Studio Proof (print on canvas) and we retain your contact details in the event that the picture is lost or stolen and later recovered. As stated in elsewhere on this web site, these pictures are protected by an invisible ink that can be traced by the UK police to the artist, so your picture could be returned to you.
We may e-mail you from time-to-time to give you news on our activities, unless you request that we do not do so, in which case we will only e-mail you in response to questions from you.
We will not pass your personal details to others without your consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
credit/debit card details (in accordance with current regulations); these data are NOT retained by us once a transaction has been completed.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your written consent. We will endeavour to ensure that any information we do hold is accurate and kept up-to-date, although we rely upon you to notify us of any changes.
You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing or calling us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We will NOT track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our web site by using "cookies".
